END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between GH Equipment LLC (“Company”) and its authorized internal users for the use of the CFM internal business automation tool (“Application”).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This Application is licensed solely for internal business use by GH Equipment LLC and its affiliated entities. No license is granted to any third party.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Application or any rights in it to any third party. The Application is for internal use only.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Application and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of GH Equipment LLC.

4. DATA
The Application accesses business financial data solely for internal operational purposes. No customer personal data is processed through this Application.

5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall GH Equipment LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which GH Equipment LLC is incorporated.
